Discount Golf Co is the number 1 Golf distributor in the US, dealing in Golf grips and accessories. Being the largest golf accessory distributor in the US, Discount Golf wanted a stable partnership. For that, there was no better option than Search Berg.
The client wanted to increase their ROAS from PPC ads while cutting costs. Though it was a curve ball, Search Berg managed a hole in one and achieved desired results in the shortest time possible.
We took the project in October 2021, and the client hadn't run any Google ad campaigns. So these were new grounds for our partner. This meant we had to achieve exponential results quickly to convince Discount Golf Co that PPC ads are worth it.
So how did we manage to achieve such ground-breaking results?

Our first objective was to get clean traffic that's relevant to our client. We worked with a minimum viable budget and achieved a 549% increase in ROAS in the first month (October 2021).
The conversions for the campaign's first month were 80, and the cost per click was $13.39. But that's okay, it was the first month, and we hadn't tweaked the landing page yet.
In November 2021, conversions increased to around 190, and the cost per conversion dropped to $7.
That’s a 47.72% drop in cost per click from October 2021 and 137.5% increase in conversions.
By the start of the new year (January 2022), we had already achieved the promised results. Still, our PPC specialists had an appetite for more!
